Dr. Mary Arnold

PT, DPT

(Physical Therapist)

Mary has been a licensed physical therapist for over eight years, with a diverse background in orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation, including specialized experience in conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and concussion management. Throughout her career, she has developed a treatment philosophy centered on holistic, fitness-forward care—looking at each patient as a whole person rather than just a diagnosis or injury.

After the birth of her two children and navigating her own postpartum rehabilitation, Mary became especially passionate about pelvic health.

Kelli-Ann Wallace

Mary’s mission is to bridge the gap between childbirth and a full return to daily life, activity, and exercise. She loves empowering her clients to fully restore strength, confidence, and quality of life in ways that feel sustainable and personalized.

Outside of the clinic, Mary is happily married and a proud mom of two young boys (and one energetic dog!). She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading a good book, exercising regularly, and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
