Exercise Class

Welcome to our Unified Exercise Class for Active Adults (55 and older)! Our invigorating exercise sessions, led by a skilled physical therapist, are designed to enhance your overall well-being and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am for a delightful and fulfilling fitness experience that will last between 45 to 60 minutes.

Our expert physical therapist will guide you through a range of exercises tailored to suit your unique needs and abilities. The program will include a combination of low-impact aerobics, strength training, flexibility exercises, balance enhancement, and relaxation techniques. Each session is carefully structured to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout, promoting strength, flexibility, and mobility for optimal health.
